NameDescriptionOpenCart-extras version(s) - The version(s) of OpenCart-extras that you have tested your template with so people can have some idea if it will work with their version of the software.
Documentation - At the least, installation instructions.
Please upload a copy of your payment extension as a zip file. External links to templates will be converted.
