All entries for any competiton held within this forum must comply with the following guidelines and requirements in order to be deemed valid entries and published to the karzina community.

CODE COMPLIANCE
All code must be provided in an un-encrypted format and be made freely available to the community. Contributions of a commercial nature are ineligable for entry into any karzina community competition.

All code used must be your own work or duely credited to the original author(s) where applicable otherwise your entry will be deemed ineligable.

Code must be made available on the provision that is it is deemed worth while incorporating an entry (winning or not) into the core download of karzina, the developers can do so.

VOTING PROCESS
All entries into the competition will be published to the community should they comply with these guidelines. A list of upto five ofinalists will be selected from all entries by karzina community administrators and moderators. The finallist entrants will then be placed in a public poll  and the karzina community given a period of 14 days to vote on the eventual winner of the competition.

In the event of a draw, the final winner will be determined by the selection of karzina community administrators and moderators from the tied entries.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES
All prizes stated shall be elivered via an applicable means withing a reasonable timeframe after the conclusion of the competition.

Prizes such as karzina partnership program memberships shall be applied within 72 hours of the competiton conclusion and remain valid for the specified prize period from the time at which it was activated.

Prizes such as hosting through hostkarzina.com may take up to 7 business days to setup.
